CAP Wyoming Wing participates in joint training exercise

CHEYENNE, WY (August 1) -- Over 15 members of the Wyoming Wing of the Civil Air Patrol participated today in a day-long weapons of mass destruction exercise in Cheyenne. The exercise involved numerous federal, state and local agencies including the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security and Wyoming Military Department.

Wyoming Wing Commander spotlights Civil Air Patrol missions during visits with legislators in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Stanley A. Skrabut of Laramie, Wyo. was one of 69 top-level Civil Air Patrol leaders who brought Civil Air Patrol to the forefront as part of the organization’s annual Legislative Day and Winter National Board meeting in Washington D.C. Feb. 28 – March 1.

Civil Air Patrol units conduct statewide exercise

CODY, Wyo. – Civil Air Patrol (CAP) units across Wyoming conducted a search and rescue exercise this weekend. The exercise that concluded Sunday afternoon tested the ability of the Wyoming Wing to perform search and rescue operations, one of the Civil Air Patrol's primary missions.
